Captain Mark Ullucci is currently servicing as the Officer in Charge of the Professional Standards Division.

Captain Ullucci has served in all three Patrol Divisions as an Officer and prior to being promoted to Sergeant, was assigned as the Warwick Police Departments Grant and Crime Analysis Officer.

As a Sergeant, Captain Ullucci supervised the Warwick Police Community Services Division. He participated in the Cities organized community group meetings, the citizen police academies and the Warwick Police Explorer Program.

When promoted to Lieutenant, Captain Ullucci returned to the Patrol Division and served as the Executive Officer for both third and second Platoon. It was during this time that Captain Ullucci also served as the Warwick Police Departments SWAT Team Leader.

Along with serving as the Third Platoon Commanding Officer, Captain Ullucci also serves as the Commanding Officer for the Warwick Police Honor Guard. He is the Chairperson for the departments Uniform Committee and serves as a Rhode Island Municipal Police Academy Instructor.

Captain Ullucci is a military veteran, having served in the United States Coast Guard. Captain Ullucci was assigned to the Navy in 2007 and was a boarding officer in the Northern Arabian Gulf, serving in Iraq, Kuwait and Bahrain during that time, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Captain Ullucci holds an Associate’s degree in law enforcement from CCRI and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Rhode Island College. Captain Ullucci is currently enrolled at University of Salve Regina, working on his Masters Degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Cyber Security.
