The Warwick Police Department, in conjunction with the City of Warwick’s Youth Advisory & Prevention Task Force, is now accepting applications for the 2023 Warwick Youth Leadership Camp.

The Warwick Youth Leadership Camp is open to all Warwick teens, who are between the ages of 13 and 16-years-old.

The Warwick Youth Leadership Camp is:

  • 21 campers per session.
  • $50.00 fee per camper
  • Supervised by police personnel
  • Designed to instruct teens in areas of leadership, confidence building, communication, and teamwork.
  • Includes lessons on law enforcement, crime scene investigation, water safety, anti-bullying education, and substance abuse prevention.
  • Children who complete this course will meet new friends, learn new skills, and develop a sense of teamwork, accomplishment, pride, and self-esteem that can last a lifetime!
  • Parents/ Guardians: Drop off and pick-up will be at 8:00 am each dayat The CLUB at Cooper Branch, 885 Sandy Lane. Please pick up your child at 2:30 pm. (side parking lot)
  • Please bring a bathing suit and towel. (swimming is optional)
  • Children will need to bring their lunch on Thursday.
  • The Warwick Youth Leadership Camp is very popular so you must submit your writing prompt no later than May 31, 2023. No pre-applications and/or writing prompts will be accepted after this date.
