Additional Suspects Charged in the Michael Rogers Murder/David Rogers Assault

On 3/26/2016, the Warwick Police responded to 149 Haswill Street for the report of a stabbing. As a result of a preliminary investigation, Jared Rogers, DOB 7/11/1995, of that address was arrested and charged with the murder of his nephew, Michael Rogers, and an assault with a dangerous weapon on his brother, David Rogers.

As the department continued to vigorously investigate the murder, information was received that other people were allegedly involved in the event. Three males were sought as potential witnesses to the murder. Josue Morillo, DOB 3/8/1997, from Providence
Andrew Soben, DOB 3/12/1997, from West Warwick

All three of these subjects are being charged by Warwick Police with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. They will be arraigned at Kent County Courthouse on Wednesday 3/30/2016 and 12:00 noon.

Additionally, the following subject, who is currently held at the ACI on unrelated issue, is alleged to have also assisted in the murder/assault with a dangerous weapon:
