FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 19,2015
Warwick, RI- Colonel Stephen M. McCartney and the Warwick Police Department would like to hear from its residents and business owners as we begin the process of offering a Citizens Satisfaction Survey to the public. This survey is conducted by the police department every three years in an effort to gauge overall effectiveness and quality of service. The goal of the survey is to obtain feedback from residents and business owners on their opinions about the department that serves them every day. The survey will allow the public to voice their opinions on a variety of different aspects of the work that is done by the police department. In the past the department has received high marks and positive responses and the Colonel and Command staff are hopeful that trend will continue.
The Police Department is continuing this effort by "Going Green" with the survey by making it available on line to residents and business owners. To access the survey, go to the home page of Warwick Police Department web site and click on the SURVEYS & REPORTS tab. The web address is: www.warwickpd.org
All information is confidential and will not be shared with any outside agencies. Surveys should be completed by February 28, 2015.
Should anyone have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Lieutenant Michael Gilbert of the Community services Division at 401-468-4344.
